Let’s Get Moving!
How C. Organization Works can relieve the many stresses of moving.
For those of you who have explored our website, you know we have a lot of services. We offer organizing, deep cleaning, virtual assistance, donations and trash removal services, create your queendom, build your home, and more! If you haven’t fully checked out our website, please continue to do so: www.corganizationworks.com.
The reason we offer so many services is because our goal is to make your life easier by handling stressful tasks for you. Such as the stressful tasks that come with buying or selling a home.
When you are buying or selling a home, there are a LOT of things that need to happen. First you will need to hire my very good friend, Connie Snider-Baker from Keller Williams Realty. She is a FANTASTIC realtor who has years of experience and I know that she takes good care of her clients and their needs because she’s helped friends and family members of mine. AFTER you contact your realtor, you will find that you have ALOT of work to take care of.
You will Need to:
Box Everything up…..
You will need to move out……….
You will need to move all your stuff into your new space………
AND you will need to clean the ENTIRE house top to bottom in order for it to be showcase ready….
Those tasks themselves are already extremely difficult, but throw in a full time job, a family with pets and kids……..
Now you’ve got MONTHS of work ahead of you!….
Rather than allowing it to be stressful for ages, you should hire C. Organization Works to come in and handle this nonsense for you!
We can take care of all the stressful tasks for you.
We start by taking care of getting all the supplies. We get it ahead of time so you don’t have to! We grab boxes, tape, labels, bubble wrap, mattress protectors, tools, cleaning supplies, etc. We come prepared with it all.
Then We go room by room and take everything out of the furniture, closets, cabinets, drawers, and box it up nicely and label it so it is easy to find again.
Not only do we package everything, we can disassemble larger items to make transporting easier. PLUS we are happy to reassemble those same items to get you moved in.
These pictures you see above are of recent moving projects where assembling took place – so in the bottom left corner is a bed frame we took apart. We put a mattress protector over the mattress and we made sure all the bed frame hardware was put in a Ziploc bag and taped to the bed frame so it was easy to find when it got reassembled (using tape that would NOT ruin said bed frame).
The Crib front and center was being used by the owners in their old home so it had to be disassembled to get through the door and then reassembled in the nursery.
You can see another bed frame we assembled up top.
The table and chairs down below was VERY heavy. That project was difficult because we were not able to disassemble it in order to move it. So we had to majorly finess it through the door in order to get it into the kitchen. And I am not kidding, this table was so heavy! But we made it work.
Up top you will see an Art Table, it too was EXTREMLY heavy and we had to tilt it on its side to get it through the office door. But we made it…with sheer will power!
So as I am sure you could guess, each of the owners of all these projects were VERY happy and relieved that they did not have to take care of any of these projects and our team at C. Organization Works was super happy to help.
So of course when you are moving out you want to have the house deep cleaned so it looks at it’s best for house showings, pictures, and for the new tenants.
But you also need to think about getting your new home deep cleaned before you move in! Not only can we get your new space deep cleaned and LOOKING at it’s best, having a clean home is good for your health. You don’t want to be moving into a dirty home with lots of dust, pet hair, and grime from previous owners. Plus you don’t want your stuff getting dirty as you’re putting things away. One last thing to note, is If you have done any remodeling on the home, there is most likely dust left over that needs to be cleaned up so you aren’t breathing it in.
Here is a job where their couch and chairs had a lot of dust from the remodel as well as cat hair throughout each room. So we went in and deep cleaned each chair, the drapes, the floors, etc. We made sure to go behind doors, cleaned light fixtures, moved around furniture to clean behind and underneath it, etc. That place was spotless after we were there.
Finally, we can get you past the headache of having to unload all your boxes and actually getting moved in!
These pictures are from two different jobs. We worked directly with the client for one of them so her and her husband were there telling us where they wanted each item.
The other pictures are from a full house remodel. We literally came in and deep cleaned the whole place without the client there and then the realtor joined us when we finished to direct us where each item went. Large items were put in first, then toys, clothes, chair cushions, etc were all added in afterwards to perfection.
You can see the before and after of the project in the picture above…now look at the picture to the far right…… …THAT IS WHY YOU HIRE AN ORGANIZER…we care about all the little details. Every one of those cushions were matching with the seam to the backing of the chair.
So now let’s check out some before and afters of these types of projects. You will see bits and pieces of each process’ including Boxing, Cleaning, Assembling and Moving In.
This first picture is a bathroom we deep cleaned. It had hair, dirt, and stains that we cleaned up. The owners walked in when we finished and said it literally looked like a completely different bathroom! :)
This project you have seen before. The landlord’s previous renters left a huge mess for him. So we deep cleaned the entire house to prep for the new renters arrival. You can see the dirt and grime on the left picture and then the finished product on the right picture. You can see the comparison in the middle.
Here is the room I showed earlier, just from different angles. You can see the cleaned area on the far right before we put in the table and chairs. Everything in this room was cleaned including the furniture, the floors, the fixtures, etc.
Here is another Bathroom… Like you will find in a lot of bathrooms, there was hair on the counters as well as some stains and grime throughout the nooks and crannies of the cabinets and drawers. Now look how shiny and pretty it is on the right after it has been thoroughly cleaned! :)
Here is a move in project. We deep cleaned those floors, put together the bedframe, arranged the furniture, deep cleaned those chairs and the ceiling fan (etc). The amazing realtor that worked with us, Susanne Hayek, added in the beautiful rug as well as the sheets and pillows.
With any construction project, the hallway had a lot of dirty footprints due to its quick access in and out the door for the home owner’s contractors. So you can see the floors got a nice clean and we moved in those dressers you see on the side.
Here (in the above picture) is an example of where we take the items in the space, organize them elsewhere to make room for new furniture!
In the left picture, you can see where the cleints were trying to pack things up but didn’t have time and left it. So we redid the boxes in order for them to be able to close and to make sure the kitchen supplies was well protected. Lots of bubble rap was used. ;)
This project was really awesome. They had been trying to move out since May and the couple each described how they would walk into the house in hopes to get things boxed up and moved out, but they would get almost paralyzed by how overwhelming it was and would just stare at the stuff and leave shortly after. When C. Organization Works came in…it took us 3 short days to move them out of this 2 story home. They were such a fun couple to work with and were really grateful to have their project finally done.
Again, this is from the same project. I wanted to show how each room opened up with everything boxed up and with so much space the large items were easier to get out.
Here at C. Organization Works, we truly want to make every task in moving as stress free as possible. If you yourself are moving or know of anyone moving, buying or selling a house; if you know a realtor or a landlord, please have them reach out to us at c.organizationworks@gmail.com. ALSO if friends or family members are getting ready to move, you can get them a C. Organization Works gift certificate as a house warming gift!

Much Love!
